Qualified over 30 years ago, Phil has been at the forefront of dentistry since ‘04. Pushing the boundaries in cosmetic and implant dentistry, he has worked alongside the best clinicians and technicians across the world in pursuit of dental excellence. Phil has operated between Madrid and Manchester for 4 years, developing planning protocols for digital dental software. - also lecturing across the U.K. and presented at the famous Da Vinci Laboratory. Having won several national dental awards, for years of hard work and relentless dedication, devoting much of his clinical time to larger, more complex cases and having placed more than 4000 dental implants, he keeps his passion burning by developing The Mall, providing the best dental care. With strong links to Manchester City and Manchester United treating management and players for many years.

Alejandra had always aspired to become a dentist, both her father and grandfather are dentists. For many years she has seen the amount of dedication they both have put into their job and their patients. Since completing her dentistry degree she’s been studying at postgraduate level in order to offer patients the best quality techniques & treatments. Now holding a Master’s Degree in Oral Surgery and Oral Advanced Implantology has enabled her to perform implant surgery, bone regenerations, sinus lifts and prosthodontics. In addition to this Alejandra has completed a post graduate degree in endodontics. Keen on sharing her expertise with other dentists has presented her skills & knowledge at conferences in Spain. Also writing several dental related articles - published in Spain.
Faizan Zaheer

Faizan Zaheer is a GDC registered Specialist in Periodontology and has a Masters degree in Dental Research. He is proud to have had a number of prestigious publications in gum grafting techniques and continues his passion for research at the University of Manchester. Teaching on the post graduate Masters programme in Periodontology, at the Dental Hospital, also based here in Manchester.

Graduating from University College Cork Dental School 09’ and having been gifted a number of undergraduate awards and scholarships, including the prestigious national “H.H. Stuart prize in Dentistry”. Since qualifying, he has engaged in a wide variety of clinical and academic experiences, working in general dental practice, general hospitals (in the Oral and Maxillofacial surgery unit), as well as a University Dental Hospital setting.

Taking great pride in delivering the highest level of clinical care using cutting edge techniques, with outstanding attention to detail, in a respectful and caring manner. Eager to build strong relations with his patients and held in high regard by his dental colleagues.
Rheba Akhtar

Reba has worked here at the mall since 2016 and qualified as a registered dental nurse in 2018. Reba enjoys all aspects of dentistry, mostly implants as she says it changes people’s smiles and lives. She is continuing to progress her career with further education to support her clinical knowledge. Reba says her passion for dentistry always motivates her to do better and to go that extra mile.

Kai is passionate about her work, team and patients health! She always loves to learn more about Dental and Periodontal Diseases and their prevention! ‘’A healthy mouth is a happy mouth’’! Happy mouth, happy patient!! Having loving working with her patients with this in mind since 1986 and still care about them as much today as she did then!
Kai learnt her skills at Birmingham Dental Hospital, first in dental nursing then Dental Hygiene, gaining three prizes, one being most promising Dental Hygienist. They must have seen something as she still loves coming to work! In private specialist hospitals overseas, NHS dental practices and more recently in private specialist dental practices around the North West.
Chloe Hughes
Reception Team

Chloe is one of our amazing reception team at The Mall. She has 5 years experience in dentistry, having started her career as a trainee dental nurse in 2015, and qualified as a GDC registered nurse in 2016. Chloe thrives on being able to provide the very best levels of service. She joined The Mall in order to progress and bring her caring and approachable manner to our patients.
Louise Broughton
Reception Team

Louise is the head of our reception team here at The Mall. She is always ready to welcome our patients with a friendly smile and a cup of coffee! Louise has over 15 years experience in the dental profession and prides herself on being approachable, knowledgeable and putting patients at ease. Louise has huge experience in private dentistry and can help deal with any questions or queries you may have.
Ellie Ikin

Ellie has worked at the mall since leaving school and qualified as a GDC registered dental nurse in 2017. She enjoys every aspect in dentistry, particularly the more complex multidisciplinary cases, when we transform peoples smiles and lives. It really is fascinating. Ellie continues to push herself with further education, looking to support her clinical experience with certification.
Chloe Norcross

Chloe is our hygienist/therapist who graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013.

Her ethos, ‘keeping a happy, healthy mouth’, remains her focus and is achieved through her attention to detail. She has both clinical and oral health promotion responsibilities, with prevention care being her priority. Chloe can help treat and prevent gum disease, as well as providing cosmetic composite fillings. She values the confidence that comes from the ultimate smile, and has undertaken further training to allow her to carry out many more advanced dental procedures.

She is a caring, bubbly and social individual who is well liked by patients. She looks forward to creating and maintaining your happier, healthier smiles.
