Qualified over 30 years ago, Phil has been at the forefront of dentistry since ‘04. Pushing the boundaries in cosmetic and implant dentistry, he has worked alongside the best clinicians and technicians across the world in pursuit of dental excellence. Phil has operated between Madrid and Manchester for 4 years, developing planning protocols for digital dental software. - also lecturing across the U.K. and presented at the famous Da Vinci Laboratory. Having won several national dental awards, for years of hard work and relentless dedication, devoting much of his clinical time to larger, more complex cases and having placed more than 4000 dental implants, he keeps his passion burning by developing The Mall, providing the best dental care. With strong links to Manchester City and Manchester United treating management and players for many years.

Alejandra had always aspired to become a dentist, both her father and grandfather are dentists. For many years she has seen the amount of dedication they both have put into their job and their patients. Since completing her dentistry degree she’s been studying at postgraduate level in order to offer patients the best quality techniques & treatments. Now holding a Master’s Degree in Oral Surgery and Oral Advanced Implantology has enabled her to perform implant surgery, bone regenerations, sinus lifts and prosthodontics. In addition to this Alejandra has completed a post graduate degree in endodontics. Keen on sharing her expertise with other dentists has presented her skills & knowledge at conferences in Spain. Also writing several dental related articles - published in Spain.

Reba has worked here at the mall since 2016 and qualified as a registered dental nurse in 2018. Reba enjoys all aspects of dentistry, mostly implants as she says it changes people’s smiles and lives. She is continuing to progress her career with further education to support her clinical knowledge. Reba says her passion for dentistry always motivates her to do better and to go that extra mile.

Ellie has worked at the mall since leaving school and qualified as a GDC registered dental nurse in 2017. She enjoys every aspect in dentistry, particularly the more complex multidisciplinary cases, when we transform peoples smiles and lives. It really is fascinating. Ellie continues to push herself with further education, looking to support her clinical experience with certification.
Gemma Seddon

Gemma is our treatment coordinator. She is extremely passionate about her job as she loves meeting new people and has an exceptionally caring nature.
She prides herself on being able to deliver a first-class patient journey from the minute you come through our door. She has over twenty years’ experience in the dental profession, enabling her to take care of your needs every step of the way, from organising your personal treatment plan and booking your appointments, to arranging suitable payment options.
Gemma is more than qualified to answer any questions or concerns you may have and is available by phone or email if you ever need her advice or support.
Gabrielle Williams

Gabby is our Reception Manager here at The Mall. She will be your first point of contact when you walk into the practice. She started working in the dentistry field as a trainee dental nurse in 2012, so also has the clinical knowledge to answer any queries you may have. Gabby is a happy, friendly member of the team and is always pleased to chat and put nervous patients at ease. She loves to hear patients’ feedback, and endeavours to keep the patient journey to the highest standard.
Georgia Botter

Georgia is our Lead Dental Nurse here at The Mall. She is registered as a qualified dental nurse after completing her dental nurse training in 2014. She has worked alongside specialists such as orthodontists, hygienists, oral surgeons and an endodontist. Georgia is continuing her professional development and is looking forward to increasing her skill set. Her natural caring and professional nature will ensure you are put at ease during your dental visits.

Kai is passionate about her work, team and patients health! She always loves to learn more about Dental and Periodontal Diseases and their prevention! ‘’A healthy mouth is a happy mouth’’! Happy mouth, happy patient!! Having loving working with her patients with this in mind since 1986 and still care about them as much today as she did then!
Kai learnt her skills at Birmingham Dental Hospital, first in dental nursing then Dental Hygiene, gaining three prizes, one being most promising Dental Hygienist. They must have seen something as she still loves coming to work! In private specialist hospitals overseas, NHS dental practices and more recently in private specialist dental practices around the North West.
Chloe Hughes
Reception Team

Chloe is one of our amazing reception team at The Mall. She has 5 years experience in dentistry, having started her career as a trainee dental nurse in 2015, and qualified as a GDC registered nurse in 2016. Chloe thrives on being able to provide the very best levels of service. She joined The Mall in order to progress and bring her caring and approachable manner to our patients.
Louise Broughton
Reception Team

Louise is the head of our reception team here at The Mall. She is always ready to welcome our patients with a friendly smile and a cup of coffee! Louise has over 15 years experience in the dental profession and prides herself on being approachable, knowledgeable and putting patients at ease. Louise has huge experience in private dentistry and can help deal with any questions or queries you may have.
Ellie Read
Trainee Dental Nurse

Ellie is our Trainee Dental Nurse, who joined the team in October 2019 and is working towards her Diploma in Dental Nursing. Alongside our nursing team, she spends her time alternating between her duties in the surgery and decontamination room.

Ellie is a caring, self-motivated member of the team and she is really looking forward to qualifying and progressing further up the career path with further training.
